Dentli assists dental clinics in connecting with new and existing customers. We operate a professional call center with specialized knowledge of dental clinics, ready to schedule customer appointments when dental assistance is needed. Dentli assists with both phone calls and online bookings, providing ongoing follow-up for active customers.
When you book a dental appointment via Dentli, we process your personal data on behalf of the clinic you wish to contact (“the Clinic”). Dentli processes your personal information as described in this privacy notice.
You are not obligated to provide this personal information. The consequence of not providing the personal information will be that we cannot schedule an appointment for you.
2. Returns & Refunds (Applicable to Denmark and the European Union)
2.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under Danish law and the wider EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive (or a third party indicated by you receives) the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in a clear statement (e.g., by email or using our contact form) within the 14-day period.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided by your local consumer authority, but it is not obligatory.
2.2 Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for maintaining the condition of the goods during the withdrawal period.
You may inspect and handle the goods only as you would be allowed to in a physical store. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover the reduction in value.
2.3 Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you will be responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.
2.4 Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse you for the cost of the goods, including any initial standard shipping charges (if applicable). If you chose a more expensive shipping option than the standard shipping we offer, we are only obliged to reimburse the amount of the standard shipping cost.
We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or from the day you provide proof you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2.5 Exclusions
Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalized products, sealed health/hygiene products once unsealed).
We will clearly inform you at the time of purchase if any item is not eligible for return.
2.6 Statutory Rights
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming products. Under Danish Sale of Goods Act (and relevant EU legislation), you have up to 24 months to make a claim for defects present at the time of delivery. If the item is faulty, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund depending on the circumstances.

4.4 Confirmation and Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund/exchange.
