Definitions
Dentli’ refers to Dentli ApS, VAT No. DK38102559. ‘Client’ refers to the individual or organization entering into this Agreement with Dentli. ‘Services’ refer to the Dentli TV digital signage solution (Premium or Base license)
ClinicTV Service
Premium license holders
- Dentli TV Premium is a remote-controlled digital signage solution where Dentli offers to manage updates in the subscription period at no extra cost.
- The Client can utilize Dentli’s designers to support the development of content.
Base license holders
- Dentli TV Base license holders access a remote-controlled digital signage solution with no obligation for Dentli to provide support.
- Clients may engage Dentli’s designers for content development at an hourly rate of €135 or equivalent in USD.
- Base license holders can access Dentli’s comprehensive knowledge base to find answers to technical questions and questions about the product and its features.
Client’s obligations
Premium license holders
- Client is obligated to complete the content survey upon signup before Dentli’s designer can get started.
- The Client must send an email with proposed graphics and test suggestions to: [email protected] or [email protected].
- The login to Dentli TV dashboard is meant only for the license holder and its organization, 3rd parties are not allowed to use the product without written consent from Dentli.
Base license holders

Dentli’s obligations
Premium license holders
- Dentli creates a visual design for the Client’s signage solution that matches the Client’s graphic identity, with content from the start-up survey.
- Dentli offers an existing library of templates containing general information. There is also the possibility for news spots from DR and weather forecasts
- Dentli offers an app library that can be configured by the client or Dentli.
- For apps that require credentials (such as eg. Instagram) the client must first pre-authorize the app, before Dentli can provide support.
Base license holders
- Dentli is obligated to provide access to the Dentli TV Dashboard along with the correct amount of licenses ordered within 5 business days.
- Dentli will send an invitation to the Dentli TV dashboard to the primary email address of the account holder.
- Dentli offers an app library that can be configured by the client.
Conditions
- The Agreement is valid on a month-to-month basis, with each renewal constituting a new contract period.
- The agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice, effective at the conclusion of the upcoming month.
Prices
All prices are excl. VAT per month. The price does not include the purchase and installation of the TV screen, which can be optionally offered via a Dentli’s partner company.
Payment terms
- Payment is scheduled for the 1st of every month
- Accepted payment methods are with credit/debit cards unless Dentli and the client have explicitly mutually agreed on a different payment method, such as bank transfer.
- Upon subscription renewal, payments are charged automatically using the card registered on your account.
- It is the client’s responsibility to keep the credit card information up-to-date.
- Dentli reserves the right to put the client’s license on hold if multiple attempts to charge the credit/debit card on file have failed
- The client will not be reimbursed or credited for any time the license was put on hold.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- All rights, including ownership, copyright, trademark and any other right to the systems, concepts and content provided by one of the parties, including the products, services, programs, program codes, program documentation, business concepts, content libraries, registered information, etc. developed by the parties, belongs to the person concerned. Dentli undertakes to treat all Customers’s information and data confidentially.
- This agreement is subject to Danish law.
- Any dispute must be brought before the Copenhagen City Court.
- All intellectual property rights relating to Dentli’s products and services remain with Dentli. Any content uploaded by Client remains the property of Client, and Client warrants that it has the legal right to use, display, and distribute such content.
Disclaimer
Dentli provides the Service ‘as is’ and makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dentli does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Data protection and privacy
Dentli will process any personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Right to modify terms
Dentli reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website (this page) or upon notification to the Client by email.
