No need to worry! If your internet connection goes out, your Dentli TV screens will continue to operate just fine—for up to a full month. All the content displayed on your monitors is already downloaded and saved locally on the device. This means your patients will still see all the videos and information you’ve set up.
However, during the outage, you won’t be able to make changes or update the content until the internet is back. Also, any content that requires live internet access, like live web pages or streaming videos (except standard YouTube videos, which are stored locally), won’t be available while offline.
